URBEATZ have ran two Strive 2 Succeed Youth Conferences, one in 2007 and one in 2009.
The Strive 2 Succeed Youth Conferences consist of a full day of activities for young people, organised by young people. The young participants take part in discussions and debates about pertinent issues relating to young people. The schedule also includes fun and social workshops, guest speakers and a panel of successful professionals. This panel is representative of the music and fashion industry, entertainment, business and education.
