The Strive 2 Succeed workshop are youth empowerment sessions. In these workshops, aimed at young people between 13 - 19, the focus in goal setting and achievement, both in life and careers. The sessions last between 1 and 4 hours.

The Strive 2 Succeed Workshops have been run at Universities, Colleges, Secondary Schools and youth clubs.

URBEATZ also do a specialist session about getting into and succeeding in the music industry and will be running a four-month employment course in Liverpool on this topic between February and June 2008.
